[OPLINTECH] State VoIP service

The State of Ohio Office of Information Technology has started providing a Voice over IP (VoIP) service that is also available to libraries that are part of the state purchasing cooperative. Their pricing looks pretty good, since they are leveraging a statewide pool of users. Please see the attached (pdf) flyer for more information.
