[OPLINTECH] I.T. Training Resources

Happy Friday afternoon!  I'm wondering what other library I.T. staff do for training these days.  Where do you get training, or does everyone come in the door with the appropriate skill set?  I'm looking for Windows Server, Active Directory, WSUS, DNS, VMWare, Cisco, etc. for my staff and just wonder what the rest of the library world is doing.
