[OPLINTECH] New WiFi connection stats reporting / captured portals

Chad's " rogue" library still uses Untangle, running as a virtual PC, getting a 
weekly and monthly use reports.
Adam (Rossford Library) use of it convinced me to try it about January 2013, 
replacing ZoneCD
It has been working fine here.

345 user login events in Feb 2013 and 558 last month.
A couple of staff devices and our local newspaper reporter/photographer are set 
to bypass the acceptance page.

Reading the various posts I installed some of the s/w Joe Knueven mentioned from 
www.softperfect.com on a DeepFreeze'd laptop to test.
Some of it is neat.

FWIW:  Network Scanner does seem to be workable , at least for sampling.

Below is a snapshot for about 2 hours
10.10.10.1 is Untangle, .5,  .6  & .177 are our 3 access points.
10.10.10.184 is the laptop running Network Scanner
Dark host name are still connected, light have disconnected.
The log file is auto generated
