I just tested this with mine and it worked as it's supposed to.

Make sure you are verifying both the destination and the filename are
entered correctly.

If you continue to have issues I would suggest calling SEO tech support for

Hello,
   We are having a problem when we try to export our Onshelf Hold Items List
to the desktop when creating the Pull List. 

   The export window appears allowing us to name the file and designate the
desktop destination, but the file doesn't appear on the desktop.
