I'm with Ed and Chad and the rest also.

Patron's should also check with their provider for free offerings.
I used F-Secure for years and now Norton Antivirus OnLine on my laptop as they 
were free through Centurylink.
Both have keep my laptop clean, so far anyway.

Kaspersky seems to have a decent AV, I've used their Rescue Disk 10 and 
TDSSKiller for some really troublesome patron PC's.
