[OPLINTECH] OPLIN e-mail failure

This is just a quick test to see if OPLINTECH is dead or just crippled for
now.

Also, looking for more info beyond what was posted this morning on the
website about "OPLIN email has failed" by S. Hedges. But I didn't want to
bug OPLIN Support. I'm sure they have their hands full right now.
