[OPLINTECH] No Internet @ 51 after...

Odd. Couple of question:

1) Does it happen *every* hour or just when it happens, it happens 51
minutes after the hour?
2) Does your ILS lose connection during this time too?
3) During the 2-3 minute window, can you ping outside the network?
   3a)  Ping the firewall at 10.3.150.254
   3b)  Ping the OPLIN gateway at 66.213.125.97
   3c)  Ping Google at 8.8.8.8
   3d)  Ping Google www.google.com

Try the various pings while the network is working normally to get your
baseline.
