[OPLINTECH] Bookscan and Sonicwall

Is anyone else using the Bookscan product for faxes from behind a Sonicwall?
We are having problems and the vendor is saying the error is lack of
bandwidth, OPLIN is saying we aren't using all our bandwidth.
