[OPLINTECH] FYI: Keyboard not working intermittently in Chrome

My Vista laptop (Chrome is up to date) has been doing this for a few days.
Usually when I try to change something in Google search or at familysearch.org

Only thing I've found on the www is to press the windows key twice, which works.
