[OPLINTECH] Server 2012 R2 stuck checking for updates

Most people in charge of a server should know that Dave's comment was
tongue in cheek! (And mine was for any that don't!)

I've un-stuck Windows Update subsystems on Win7 before by doing a full
reset on the Windows Updates subsystem. There is a Microsoft sanctioned
batch file to do it even. Google is your friend...there are tons of links
on how to reset it.

I've not had the problem on 2012R2 before, but perhaps resetting WU it
could help. You may not want to do that if this is a WSUS server, though.
