[OPLINTECH] FYI Fix for Windows 10 Edge Browser Frozen with Windows Warning Error

My wife brought the laptop from a 'patron' so I had it at home.

I seem to gravitate to task manager for a lot of stuff, so used that.
Alt F4 probably would have worked, just didn't try it.

Haven't worked much with Windows 10 but got another Edge tab open.
Googled the problem and tried the first solution that seemed reasonable.
Did this so I didn't need to turn on my laptop to.
