[OPLINTECH] Digital Faxing

We have been using FAX24 (http://fax24.us/) for public faxing for many 
years. The service is completely free to the library. Patrons can use a 
credit card or purchase fax cards from the library. Cost to the patron 
is per page. It is very easy to use and the patron is walked through all 
the steps via the handset on the unit. We supply an ethernet port and
