We have upgraded a couple of our public PCs to Windows 10 last year, as
well as a majority of the Staff PCs, and haven't had many major
issues*. 


*  Windows Shares all got reset after the upgrade, and any subsequent upgrade (like from 10240 to 10586), which broke the setup of our Time Management Software, CybraryN. It was a fairly easy fix, but it's still a nuisance.
