[OPLINTECH] Technology Policy and Planning

Hi, guys.  We're going through strategic planning and trying to have a more
formalized technology plan and associated policies.  Do you guys have
examples of your own policies/plans that you could share for inspiration
and ideas? Thanks for any help you might have to offer.
