[OPLINTECH] Laptop carts

[Chad Neeper]

I've only ever used the vertical slots myself, so was just wondering on
your perspective. I think rough handling by the users will always be a
problem, but I can see how a well-designed cart can at least maybe help to
minimize cable damage a bit in a vertical orientation maybe a little better
than in the horizontal orientation. Hadn't really considered that.
