[OPLINTECH] Library PAC computer equipment

I've been using simple Chromeboxes, hung on the back of a monitor by the
VESA mount.
I also use the Google Admin console for device management which helps with
the minor maintenance they infrequently need.
About 4 years now and 0 problems with them.
Sounds like a similar approach to what some others are doing.
