[OPLINTECH] Graphics organization

[Technology Coordinator via OPLINTECH]

Hello Everybody,

One of my coworkers has a large collection of JPGs, PNGs, SVGs and other
image files that needs to be searchable by date, source, and program
(Summer Reading Program or the like).

Does anyone have a suggestion on a good database or program that would
assist this person?
