[OPLINTECH] VOIP information/concerns

Good Morning!

The Tuscarawas County Public Library is in the planning stages of a major renovation and it has been recommended we move to VOIP at our main facilities. I am looking for guidance/recommendations/information as we move forward. We know some library systems have already migrated to VOIP and we would like to hear back from you!
