[OPLINTECH] CANCELLED OPLIN Maintenance - 2017-10-02 10pm, <2hr duration

All,

The maintenance on the OPLIN core tonight is cancelled, and will need
rescheduled for a later date.

During the pre-work for the move tonight it was found that one of our
vendor connections goes directly from the vendor router into building
fiber, rather than handing off on a vendor fiber panel. We can't jumper
directly to vendor routers, so we'll need to have the connection rerouted
through an appropriate panel, allowing us to correctly jumper the
connection during the next maintenance window.
