[OPLINTECH] Ohio.gov DNS outage around 10:30

Morning all,

FYI it looks like the state DNS servers had a couple hiccups during the 10
o'clock hour today. If you use them for DNS resolution or hosting, and had
problems during that time, it's likely nothing to worry about on your end.
