[OPLINTECH] Who's On My Wifi and devices owned by staff and the library

I seem to remember getting an email a while back that Who's On My Wifi 
was going to start excluding devices they thought were owned by staff or 
the library from their counts.

Does anyone know if the state report requires this?

I want to be able to compare apples to apples, to know if any of the 
difference between the counts for June, 2018 and June, 2017 was due to 
this difference in counting.

Thanks for any input anyone can give me.
