[OPLINTECH] Windows Automatic Update Issue

We have recently installed refurbished Optiplex 9010 Machines running
windows 10.  I am having issues with updates on the machines with deep
freeze installed.  We had tried running the updates through the deep freeze
console and scheduling the updates but the software has an issue so we
uninstalled that action.  When I attempt to unfreeze all the machines and
manually update them they say they are unable to update.  I have to go into
admin tools - services- windows update and change the startup type and
service status each time. Any ideas on how to fix this would be
appreciated.
