[OPLINTECH] Password manager for staff?

Does your library use a password manager for staff? If so, could you
share some details like which product, whether all staff have it, how
you like it, whether you got some sort of discount, etc.?
It seems like this would be a very useful thing because of all the
passwords people have to manage, plus the need to share passwords with
groups (we try to minimize shared local accounts of course, but there's
always social media, etc.). It would be nice to be able to easily and
securely give a new employee access to the shared passwords they need,
or to share password changes securely, or to allow staff the option to
have an app on their phone to store things like their Windows password.
This would give people an alternative to writing down passwords on
post-its, in email, in procedure manuals, etc.
