[OPLINTECH] Looking to connect two monitors to one computer

We are looking into creating a self checkout station and I would like to be
able to set up a second monitor and mouse opposite of the self checkout
station.   I have attached pictures of our current towers and monitors.  I
am assuming I will need some type of adapter but the monitors do not have
HDMI hookups.    Any suggestions are welcome.  Thank You
