[OPLINTECH] Free Printing Solutions

Could any locations offering free printing share what solutions you implemented? We have been asked to provide free printing up to a certain amount.

The customer software we use, Envisionware, cannot limit free printing per day without creating a database containing customer information. Without the database, we can offer a certain about of free printing per job rather than per customer card. We want a solution that limits each customer to a certain amount of free pages per day. Once they have met their daily limit, they would need to pay for the remaining pages or wait until the next day.
