[OPLINTECH] Service Interruption - OPLIN SMS Gateway

Good morning,

We've detected a deliverability issue with our SMS carrier, and have
temporarily halted sending text messages from the OPLIN SMS gateway. A
troubleshooting ticket has been opened with the carrier.

The OPLIN SMS gateway will still accept emails from libraries, but they'll
be queued until the vendor gives the all clear to resume. The issue began
yesterday (9/9). All impacted messages have been identified and will be
resent by the OPLIN gateway.
