Hello Phil,

Rather than browser add-ons, you may want to consider installing an actual
screen reader for those that need it (such as NVDA
<https://www.nvaccess.org/download/>, which is open source and free).  If
you're looking at solutions for a website, be very cautious, as overlay
products such as AccessiBe and UserWay have come under fire from
accessibility advocates
