[OPLINTECH] Mail relay

Good morning,

OPLIN offers an authenticated mail relay at relay.oplin.org.

If you currently use lists.oplin.org to relay mail, please plan to switch
to relay.oplin.org when it's convenient for you.

You're welcome to relay email from your ILS, copiers, appliances, cloud
services, and other sources.

We encourage using OPLIN's mail relay for your ILS notices to improve
deliverability. If you send SMS notices via OPLIN's authenticated relay,
you will no longer need to notify OPLIN of IP address changes in your ILS
or hosted solutions.

To start using the mail relay, email support at oplin.ohio.gov to request a
username and password for your library.
