[OPLINTECH] Innovative Mobile

Hello,

I am reaching out to anyone on the listserv who currently uses III's Innovative Mobile<https://www.iii.com/products/innovative-mobile/> app (not MyLibrary!) and have noticed the issue with its inability to place holds on items from a series with multiple editions/volumes (item level holds). III support determined that this was a Solus (the app's creator) problem and ultimately this was never resolved. III basically told me that it would more likely be resolved if more users noticed, so I am turning to all of you and considering adding this to the Idea Labs for Polaris and Sierra users.

An example of this would be a travel guide that has a 2021 and a 2020 version. In a catalog, you can select the edition you are interested in reserving when placing the hold. In Innovative Mobile, you cannot do this (and you cannot differentiate the difference between the editions). If you select Place Hold, it will signal that the hold was placed, but in fact it has not.
