[OPLINTECH] vendor requiring NDA?

Hello,
So I'm screening a vendor for my network refresh project and the vendor is willing to do an onsite network assessment but they insist we fill out a mutual NDA form and was just wondering if any of you have encountered anything like this before and how you handled it? Thanks Larry
