I've not had a chance to cross shop the Viewscan 4 against the Scanpro on price, functionality, ease of use, etc.

We also use Scanpro devices.  We have one setup behind the counter and is shared via USB switch for staff to share and a second behind the counter that goes by USB through the ceiling down to a patron computer so still remains staff managed but the patron scrolls through.  I don’t know the price point, but might be able to find someone upgrading by now and will sell and old one.
