[OPLINTECH] Ohio Web Library Updates: EBSCO platform transition

Greetings,

A couple of quick updates for you today:

   - You should now see the EBSCO platform transition to Explora for
   Science Reference Center when you use
   https://ohioweblibrary.org/db/ebsco-scienceref.
   - The transition to the new EBSCOhost User Interface (UI) is currently
   planned for early August; we will let you know when we have a specific date.
