[OPLINTECH] Upcoming E-Rate/ECF Deadline Reminders - October 30 for ECF Windows 1 & 2, FY22 BEAR, FY23 Form 486

For folks who participate in the ECF and E-rate programs, please note the
deadline of October 30 for the following items:

   - FY2022 E-Rate BEAR (Form 472) deadline for recurring services
   (received July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023)
   - FY2023 Form 486 deadline for funding letters issued on/before July
   1st, 2023
   - ECF Invoice Deadline for most Window 1 and 2 committed FRNs with
   service delivery deadlines of June 30, 2023.

Hello E-Rate Community,

This is a reminder of several E-Rate/ECF deadlines that are coming up on
October 30th:

*FY2022 E-Rate BEAR (Form 472)* deadline for recurring services (received
July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023). Please note: The normal deadline of October
28th falls on a Saturday this year, so the date has been pushed back to
October 30th.

   - If you need additional time to file the BEAR, you may request and
   automatically receive a single 120-day extension of the invoicing deadline
   to submit invoices to USAC. The request for an invoice extension must be
   submitted on or before October 30th, 2023, for the request to be timely
   filed.


   - To request the extension within EPC, click on the Billed Entity name
   on your Landing Page under “My Entities” and then “Related Actions”. The
   “Invoice Deadline Date Extension Request” tool is the last item in the menu
   list. Enter the funding request number/s you would like to extend.

*ECF Invoice Deadline for most Window 1 and 2* committed FRNs with service
delivery deadlines of June 30, 2023.

*First FY2023 Form 486* deadline for funding letters issued on/before July
1st, 2022
The Form 486 deadline is 120 days from the FCDL date, or the service start
date (typically July 1st), whichever is later. The normal deadline of
October 29th falls on a Sunday this year, so the date has been pushed back
to October 30th.

funding year. Whether you are a newcomer to E-Rate, have filed for many
