[OPLINTECH] OPLIN Omnibus Branch RFP/470 - Year Two

Ashtabula participated in the first round of this program and couldn't be
happier with the results. Having our Geneva Branch on its own 1Gbps
connection has been tremendous both for our current needs and for the
growth we hope to have in the future.

The OPLIN staff was tremendous as always.
