[OPLINTECH] Question on Library Uses of CRM Systems

Hi Everybody

Is anyone using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage projects and communication between departments?
Someone suggested this to me and wanted to ask if anyone was doing this.
Any insights appreciated.
