[OPLINTECH] Announcing: Branch Connections by OPLIN

Have you ever wished that OPLIN would just provide internet to your
branches the same way we do to your central library? Well, I'm about to
make your day.

I'm pleased to announce our new Managed Branch Connection service. It's
simple:

   1. You tell us the location where you need service.
   2. We contract with a service provider, pay the monthly bills, and file
   and collect the E-rate.
   3. You pay us $2,000 (per circuit, per year).

PS: Generally, this is for service in the next E-rate funding year starting
July 2025, so you're eligible if this is the last year of your contract, or
you're already on month-to-month. But if you've got a special circumstance
(a new location, a temporary facility during renovations, etc.) talk to us;
we're flexible and there are ways we can help.
