[OPLINTECH] Web Content Manager

Can anyone recommend a good website manager.  We are considering moving our current site to a new platform?
  We would need someone reliable and responsive to move our current content over, host the site and take care of site software updates.  We would manage the day-to-day content.

We would like to find a fit that is focused on accessibility.
