[OPLINTECH] Another example of simple solution first and a battery tester

Library has a old large Dahle paper cutter with a few push buttons to turn on a
red laser cut line.

Got an email that the cut line was hard to see.

Problem could be paper in the way or low batteries.

Looks as if covers would need removed to check for paper.
Slightly simpler (very heavy) to just turn it on the side to get to the batteries.

Tested them and seemed a bit low so replaced them.     Problem fixed.

*BATTERY TESTER*

Used a cheap Harbor Freight tester I've had for many, many years.
It has a setting for 1.5V and 9V battery testing.
Very handy for all those SMALL batteries in the library or at home.

It puts a small load on the battery and displays the amps available.
Over 4mA is full charge.

Low 3's or even 2's could be used for mice, for a while.

*DO NOT TEST ANY OTHER BATTERIES than what it states.*
