We've used TBS's MyPC and ePrintIT for signing into public computers, printing from them, and mobile printing for a few years and we're happy with this.

We moved from Envisionware to TBS - MyPC / PaperCut / ePrintIT.   Have no bad things to say about vendor or the applications.   Was a very smooth transition and minimal learning curve for our public services staff.
