[OPLINTECH] Branch Connections by OPLIN

It's July, and if you have library branches, it's time to start thinking
about *next* July already.

OPLIN can make it easier on you, providing internet to your branches the
same way we do to your central library:

   1. You tell us the location where you need service.
   2. We contract with a service provider, pay the monthly bills, and file
   and collect the E-rate.
   3. You pay us $2,000 (per circuit, per year).

PS: This is for service in the next E-rate funding year starting July 2026,
so you're eligible if this is the last year of your contract, or you're
already on month-to-month. But if you've got a special circumstance (a new
location, a temporary facility during renovations, etc.) talk to us; we're
flexible and there are ways we can help.
