Action1. Free for the first 200 endpoints. It can handle OS and third-party updates, and has a massive software repository if you want to push new software or uninstall. Batch and PowerShell scripts can be ran remotely as well.

Best of all, in the time I've started using it, it just works.

Hi,

We have a Microsoft 365 Business Premium hybrid setup, with automatic updates for Microsoft configured in WSUS. We (IT team of two) have over 175 hardware and software updates we need to manually check monthly. Does anyone have recommendations for patch management software to automate updates for third-party software?
