[OPLINTECH] Good Secure File-sharing Option

I am looking for a robust file sharing product (not Dropbox) that:

  *
Uses link for access and has link expiration ability
  *
Has good end-to-end encryption
  *
Uses passworded access
  *
Has ability to block download/printing
  *
Granular permission like read-only

That would be a good start.  The more secure, the better.  Anyone have any favorites they use and would recommend?  I realize this will likely be a paid product, but security is worth the cost.
