[oplinwebkits] Annual fees for Dynamic Website Kits are still $340.00

Since we've gotten some inquiries today (budget time, we're guessing?), we
thought it might be worth mentioning this to all of the Website Kit
libraries.  There are no changes to the annual fee for your Kit this year.

The fee covers not only hosting, but maintenance and security upgrades to
the core website systems and any individually-purchased add-ons (modules),
as well as ongoing support.
