[oplinwebkits] TIME SENSITIVE: Please read carefully

Hello all,

It has come to OPLIN's attention that many of our client libraries do not
currently have a privacy policy posted to their library websites. The vast
majority of our clients are users of Google's Analytics service. According
to Google's Terms of Use, a privacy policy noting the use of Google
Analytics must be posted (https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html).

In order to make sure that all of OPLIN's Website Kits comply with Google's
TOS, we are attaching a generic policy (the same one used by OPLIN for its
own site) that can be used by your library.  (Your library is also welcome
to craft its own or edit this for its own needs.)

*Starting September 1st, 2017, unless we have been instructed by your
library to include this or some similar policy, OPLIN will disable Google
Analytics for your library's website.  *OPLIN will generally include a link
to the policy in the footer of most websites. *Google Analytics can be
re-enabled at a later time if we are later instructed to include a policy.*
