[oplinwebkits] A useful explanation of Google Analytics settings

Hello all,

Most of you use Google Analytics to track usage of your library's
website..  As you know, OPLIN connects your website to GA, but does not do
any configuration of a library's GA account. Google Analytics can be fairly
intimidating when it comes to settings, so I thought that at least some of
you might find this useful:
