[oplinwebkits] Why are those alternative text fields so important?

Whenever you upload or use an image on your library's website, you should
ALWAYS include alternative text for the blind or visually impaired.

I ran across this very short (less than a minute!) video today, showing
what the difference is, between images with and without the alt
(alternative) attribute filled in.  Listen to how they are interpreted by
two different screen readers.
