[oplinwebkits] IMPORTANT: Upgrades happening over the next several days and evenings

Good afternoon, all,

Due to some recent security releases, we have to do some manual upgrading
on most of your sites. While this work is being done, your library's
website will be down, although a link to your library's catalog will still
be available for users during the course of the work. The work will take
approximately 30 minutes per site.  Once the work is done for your site,
you will receive an email, that will also note some potential changes to be
aware of.

*(TL;DR Your library's site may be down for a period of time over the next
several days as security changes are made. Please don't panic. Also, please
notify your staff so they don't panic.)*
