[oplinwebkits] Two new modules available

*OPLIN has released two more features that you can add to your library's
Website Kit this fall!*

STICKY HEADER <https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/webkitapp/sticky>:   Minimizes
the header of the website and keeps the header at the top when the user
scrolls vertically.

COLOR-CODED UPCOMING EVENTS BLOCK
<https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/webkitapp/colorblock>: Color-code the events in
the "Upcoming Events" block in your Website Kit's sidebar by either age or
location.

*And, don't forget two new modules that were released earlier this year:*

CAC (COVER ART CAROUSEL) <https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/webkitapp/cac>: The
CAC feature allows you to have a user-rotated carousel of new items on
either your site's homepage or on another designated page in the site.

EMOJIS <https://www.oplin.ohio.gov/webkitapp/emoji>:  This module enables
you to choose from a wide variety of emojis, that can be embedded in the
WYSIWYG fields of your content, using a button.
