[oplinwebkits] Module Highlight: Calendar Pop-Up

When a user mouses over a calendar event, they get a short description
(summary) of the event. They can still click the event's title to get the
full description.

*NOTE:  Mobile devices do not support mouseovers, so this function is only
available on desktops and laptops.*
