[oplinwebkits] [NEW] Horizontal Upcoming Events Block module

Full-width features are more modern and take advantage of larger displays.
Now the Upcoming Events block can be full width, also! Links at the bottom
of the display can be for either age groups or locations. This module
displays two rows of three (3) events each at larger sizes; events will
stack as singles at smaller sizes.
